Shipping Procedures:

 All product is priced with FREIGHT extra, our product is generally shipped UPS, United Parcel Service, Canada Post or local cartage if located in the "Greater toronto Area" If you, the customer choose the "pickup at store/plant. Freight will then be the sole responsability of the customer. Shipments generally leave our plant, on day of order, if order is placed by noon EST. UPS tracking info is forwarded to you e-mail address to allow you to track your shipment.

• Binders By The Box reserves the right to  change the  freight carrier, should the location be difficult or undeliverable by our usual courier/delivery service
• All Binders By The Box product is shipped using an economical and reliable carrier of our choice ,United Parcel Service,UPS standard service (unless one is specified on your order) from our manufacturing plant in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
• All  shipments are FREIGHT EXTRA, f.o.b. our plant,  Binders By The Box manufacturing plant.
• BBTB will take all reasonable precautions in the preparation and packaging of your product
• BBTB cannot assume responsibility for claims of excessive freight charges, Cold Crack and other damages by the carrier, which must be claimed by the consignee

Payment Information:

• PAYMENT METHOD: PayPal accepts most major credit cards or transfers from PayPal accounts. Online Credit Card payments are securely processed by PayPal.
• CURRENCY: Orders are processed in Canadian dollars
• TAXES: Applicable taxes will be charged. GST or HST on all Canadian orders, and PST will be included on orders in Ontario

• RETURNS: We have a long history of producing vinyl binders and rarely have quality issues ever arisen. All sales are final. Should any product be defective it will be replaced or refunded after a claim has been made to BBTB and has been approved. Any non-defective product will not be accepted for return
